Morningside Farm is a beautiful 20 acre smallholding located near the village of Harrietfield on the Highland Fault Line in Perthshire, Scotland.
We pride ourselves on providing high quality holiday accommodation in a remote yet accessible part of Scotland.
The area is teeming with wildlife including deer, curlew, lapwings, grouse (black and red), red kites, peregrine falcons and even the odd eagle.
Moorland, hills and the River Almond are just a short walk away from the farm however a number of munros, Loch Tay, Perth, Aberfeldy and Dunkeld and a short drive away for those looking for some of the most beautiful scenery in Scotland.
We keep a small flock of black face sheep on the farm plus a menagerie of poultry, please feel free to enquire for meat or egg purchases which are for sale subject to availability. The sheep are a slow grown and grass-fed traditional breed chosen especially due to their hardiness but also for their incredibly flavorsome meat.
