You will be welcomed into a stunning geodome with some warming seasonal herbal teas and snacks before settling down by the wood burning stove snuggled on sheepskins.

Hand-stitching a sauna hat rather than using a sewing machine is a slow, restful, and creative process. Amy from Sussex Sauna Hats will guide you through the this social, calming, meditative experience that mirrors the mindfulness of sauna culture itself. You will create your own personalised, sustainable sauna hat using natural materials - pure wool and cotton thread. 

Wild Mountain Spa

The hat making session will be followed by two luxiriuos in the Wild Mountain Spa to try out your very own hand made sauna hat.

This includes woodburning sauna, hot tub, cold dips and for the brave ones in the group, access to the hillside fairy pools for a wild waterfall dook.

Sunset Kombucha Mocktails

Finish with a homemade Kombucha Mocktail watching sunset over the heather hills.

Suitable for anyone even those who have not sewn before.
